In 2020, I earned my Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential through the Association for Talent Development (ATD), strengthening my ability to align learning with business strategy and drive measurable impact.
Grounded in the Talent Development Capability Model, my approach is research-based and strategic; enabling me to assess needs with precision, leverage data effectively, and partner with organizations to design solutions that support performance and growth.
I’ve also contributed to the broader L&D field through ATD, developing case studies and exam content and serving as a test item reviewer to help maintain the quality and rigor of the certification.
