DRIVING PERFORMANCE 
AND IMPACT

As the enterprise project visionary, I led the design and implementation of a Docebo instance spanning 2 domains, 9 languages, and +200k end users. Built to scale a global audience  with governance, compliance, and long-term growth in mind.

Originally designed for a healthcare client, this course was sanitized and rebuilt using AI-assisted development and edited directly in HTML completely outside of the Articulate 360 suite authoring tools.

This is an organizational performance dashboard built in Google Data Studio. Using Google Ads API to automate real-time performance analytics. API integrations are enabled through Zapier to source data from websites, billing software, CRM, and social media to create a unified view of organizational performance in real time.

In partnership with a college intern, we developed a robust resource guide for Instructional Designers in the department. This checklist reflects Accessibility standards across various tools and platforms used to design deliverables. 

As part of my personal professional development, I was mentored in graphic design by a teammate. As a former marketing professional, they allowed me to job shadow and also gave me graphic design challenges along with feedback on my designs. This is an example of what I learned. 

How do you design for compliance and regulation at scale? This design board demonstrates an important part of the design process and how designers collaborate on large programs. You can see how our team of three worked together to ensure safety, regulation, performance and culture was supported through the four week training program.  

This is an example of a scenario-based eLearning course storyboard. This is a resource that I developed to help engage Subject Matter Experts in the early stages of development. In this way, I am able to get more meaningful feedback without rework.
