ABOUT ME

I’m passionate about how learning has the power to transform lives, create culture, and drive growth. Over my 14 years in Learning & Development, I’ve gained diverse experience in technology, instructional design, and working across cultures. These experiences have shaped me into a creative, systems thinker who loves solving complex problems with sustainable solutions.
My journey into L&D began with my time living in South Africa in service to the U.S. Peace Corps. During pre-service training, I discovered a deep connection with meaningful learning moments and the impact they can have. During my service, I worked alongside South African professionals who had fought against the apartheid, and their stories of resilience and belief in education deeply inspired me. It also fundamentally shaped how I approach my work, fostering within me a tenacious drive for excellence, and an abundance of gratitude for my avocation.

As a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), I stay grounded in data, best practices, and continuous learning. I take pride in creating impactful learning experiences, designing systems that support business transformation, and building partnerships that make L&D more accessible to all.
Outside of work, I enjoy biking, rock climbing, yoga, good coffee, and spending time with family and friends. Fun fact: the dog I adopted during my Peace Corps service has traveled with me to 2 countries, 3 states, and 4 cities!
